Leading with Integrity and Humility
Leadership is often misunderstood. Many people think leadership is about influence, recognition, or authority. True leadership, however, begins with responsibility and humility.
Great leaders understand that their role is not simply to direct others but to serve them. Leadership requires character, patience, and a willingness to put the needs of others before personal ambition.
In Scripture, some of the most powerful leaders demonstrated deep humility. Moses led a nation while remaining dependent on God's guidance. Jesus showed that true leadership is rooted in service, not control.
Integrity is the foundation of leadership. People may be influenced by talent or charisma, but they trust leaders who consistently demonstrate honesty and faithfulness.
Leadership also requires courage. There will be moments when leaders must make difficult decisions, stand for truth, or guide others through uncertainty. In those moments, integrity becomes even more important.
The most effective leaders are those who recognize that their influence is a responsibility entrusted to them by God. When leadership is approached with humility and integrity, it becomes a powerful tool for positive impact.
